These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brightboard AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16832757) with its registered office at The Screening House, Cwm Cynon Business Park, Mountain Ash, United Kingdom, CF45 4ER ("Brightboard," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Juno mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. By using Juno, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will terminate their account and delete associated data.
To access the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@juno-labs.ai if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or if you breach these Terms.
Juno is an AI-powered personal assistant application for iOS. The Services enable you to interact with an AI assistant via text and voice to manage tasks across your connected accounts and services, including email, calendar, reminders, messaging, and payments.
Juno uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, draft communications, summarise information, and perform actions on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Services allow you to connect third-party accounts (including Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, and Uber). These integrations are provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You may connect or disconnect integrations at any time through the Tool Manager.
Juno is available in three tiers:

Feature availability and usage limits for each plan are as described in the App and may be updated from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to plan features.
We may offer a 7-day free trial for paid plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee. You may cancel at any time during the trial through your Apple App Store account settings.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method. Prices are displayed in the App and may be updated with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Upon cancellation, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. Following cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have paid, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.
The Services, including all software, AI models, design, branding, and content (excluding your personal data and user-generated content), are owned by Brightboard AI LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Services beyond the limited licence to use them in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Services (including messages, files, and data from connected accounts). By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. This licence terminates when you delete your content or your account.
Content generated by Juno's AI in response to your inputs (such as drafted emails, summaries, and suggestions) is provided for your personal use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs produced for you. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding the originality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:
You acknowledge that AI technology is inherently imperfect. You should not rely on Juno for critical decisions without independent verification. Juno does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brightboard AI LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) content you submit through the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. We may terminate immediately, without notice, if you materially breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any provisions that by their nature should survive, will survive termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App or by contacting us at help@juno-labs.ai.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and delete your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
